Please send us a mail on accounts@vimoksha.net once you place your orders with Order Number, GST details, Billing Name and payment receipt we will send you a GST invoice in your company name.

We have partnered with courier service(s) to deliver products to customers. If the website receives an order after 2:00 pm, then it's next day will be considered as the first day of delivery/shipping duration. Our delivery service partners work on all days of the week but we do not guarantee delivery on Sunday and on any holidays (including national holidays).

Usually delivery takes anywhere between 2 – 10 days depending on the delivery location in India, however sometimes, the delivery may take longer due to Bad Weather, Flight Delays, Political Disruptions, Other Unforeseen Circumstances
You have to contact the customer care centre with your order details to address the issue and we’ll arrange the pickup of your shipment at no extra cost to you. In such cases, the delivery might get delayed (beyond 10 working days can be as 10-15 or 15-20 working days). The company and the website will not be able to compensate for any mental agony caused due to delay in delivery.

Shipping is calculated on the invoice value
₹200 for Less than ₹ 5000 order
₹500 for ₹5000 - ₹ 10000 order
₹1000 for more than ₹10000 order

In an unfortunate event of you having to send us back the purchased goods, you will get a refund as soon as we get the product back in our facility and we inspect the goods.
