To retain more flavor in the cup, we partnered with Zurich University to create the Paragon—a tool designed to maximize extraction potential and increase retention rates.
Design Backed by Science
The Paragon’s extract chilling technology has been scientifically proven to capture and express up to 40% more key aroma volatile molecules than an identical brew without chilling—flavor that would otherwise be lost to the environment.
Layers of Innovation
The chilling rock is a core component of the Paragon. Constructed from food-grade stainless steel and coated with highly durable titanium, its spherical shape and large surface area enable even and rapid chilling.
With greater thermal capacity, the high-density liquid gel core maintains colder temperatures for longer and freezes faster than water-filled alternatives.
